Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests on construction materials and processes to verify conformity to quality standards.·
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and quality control activities.
- Prepare and present quality reports to project management and stakeholders.
- Work closely with batching plant operators to monitor and manage batching plant operations, ensuring consistent production of 80-grade concrete.
- Identify quality issues and non-conformances, and work with project teams to develop corrective actions.
- Provide training and support to site personnel on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Review and approve construction materials, ensuring they meet specified quality requirements.
- Implement and manage quality control programs, including inspections, audits, and testing.
- Ensure the quality of PHC piles during delivery, maintaining high standards from production to site delivery.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team on quality-related issues.
