Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting product inspections to ensure they meet brand standards and specifications
∎ Analyzing quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement
∎ Collaborating with suppliers and manufacturers to address quality issues and improve product quality
∎ Developing and maintaining quality control procedures and standards
∎ Ensuring that suppliers deliver products on time and in the quantity and quality that was agreed upon in the contract
∎ Performing quality audits of suppliers and factories to ensure compliance with brand requirements
∎ Providing guidance and support to product development teams to ensure products meet quality standards
∎ Developing and maintaining quality metrics and performance indicators to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement
∎ Conducting risk assessments to identify potential quality issues and develop strategies to mitigate those risks
∎ Creating and implementing corrective action plans to address quality issues and prevent recurrence
∎ Communicating quality issues and recommendations to management.
∎ Helping in receiving and maintaining product inventory.
∎ Maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and operations.
