Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Masters in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ QAS will play a lead role in developing teaching & Learning materials.
∎ QAS will develop training curriculum & training materials for TOs and Teachers.
∎ Support teachers in implementing learning and reflection discussions to improve the teaching learning activities in classroom.
∎ Follow-up head teacher, ECCD Supervisor and Technical staffs' work plan and provide support accordingly.
∎ Identify gaps of teaching learning methodology and support
∎ Ensure proper use of materials through on spot monitoring
∎ Maintain implementation and reporting standards and overseeing the work at different level.
∎ Provide necessary support to monitoring team to prepare quality program report for internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Representation, Communication, coordination & Reporting:
∎ Responsible for all program related information recording, store, update and cross check
∎ Do follow up and verify staff HT, MLT, ECCD Supervisor and other technical staff's, etc.) monthly activity plan, accomplishment plan.
∎ Conduct monthly field coordination meeting to review and assessment of the progress by the Head Teachers with participation from technical leads as needed;
∎ Maintain coordination with Field level stuffs and Teacher ensuring supportive field program
∎ Attend all camp related coordination meeting and share meeting result/findings to next management.

∎ Age 30 to 45 years

∎ Field level monitoring skill.
∎ Skilled in documentation, facilitation, presentation & reporting.
∎ Motorcycle driving skills and willing to drive motorcycle in the field with valid driving license.
∎ Skills using commonly used software MS Word, MS Excel, Power point, internet and email communication
∎ Excellent written and verbal communications skills on Bengali and English.
∎ Proficiency in Chittagonian/Myanmanr language.
∎ Primary Education materials and training.
∎ To work in a team and able to work under pressure.
∎ To be non-discriminatory and gender sensitive.
∎ To work with grassroots level target beneficiaries.
∎ To be open, transparent, accountable and positive.
∎ To be loyal to the SCs and respective organizations' guiding values and principles.
∎ To protect children in connection.

∎ 5-7 years in Primary Education related materials development and Conduct training for technical people and also teachers.
Salary: Tk. 75500 (Monthly)
