Job Responsibilities:
∎ Program Management and Coordination:
∎ QAM will play a lead role in developing teaching & Learning materials.
∎ QAM will develop training curriculum & training materials for TOs and Teachers.
∎ Support teachers in implementing learning and reflection discussions to improve the teaching-learning activities in the classroom.
∎ Follow-up headteacher, ECD Supervisor, and technical staffs’ work plan and provide support accordingly.
∎ Identify gaps in teaching-learning methodology and support
∎ Ensure proper use of materials through on spot monitoring
∎ Maintain implementation and reporting standards and oversee the work at a different level.
∎ Provide necessary support to the monitoring team to prepare quality program reports for internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Work closely with other senior Program personnel to develop yearly training plan, lesson plan, material development plan and capacity development plan for staffs and teachers.
∎ Highlight education related issues requiring an immediate response and inform the manager
∎ Assist or support quality Assurance specialist, material development specialist and training specialist by providing concept notes, required information and proper guideline
∎ Guide the Child Protection Trainer and Technical Officer of Adolescent Development Club
∎ Guide the technical staff of the project to ensure the aspired quality
∎ Lead, participate and contribute to internal and external training, workshop and conferences on the education sector to represent the project.
∎ Visit program to supervise and monitor education related activities to find out the gaps in pedagogical issue and take initiative to resolve.
∎ Develop and maintain networking with different stakeholders including GO, NGOs, local and national educators as appropriate for promoting EPRC project activities.
∎ Review program documents and progress of training and field observation reports to ensure quality reporting.
∎ Ensure rigorous implementation of quality and accountability mechanism
∎ Review the prepared materials by material development specialist and provide technical support for further improvement.
∎ Design and facilitate capacity development activities/ training for staff, teachers and facilitators in the areas of ECD, Primary education, secondary education and youth programming with the help of training specialist
∎ Supervise the performance of reporting staff, providing clear direction and regular monitoring and feedback on performance.
∎ Work in close collaboration with the Manager and other program specialist to ensure program sustainability.
∎ Contribute to prepare different reporting and ensure communication related report as required.
∎ Support Deputy Monitoring Manager to develop monitoring tools in terms of assessing pedagogical progress
∎ Review, assess and modify all the students and teachers assessment tools.
∎ Representation, Communication, coordination & Reporting:
∎ Responsible for all program-related information recording, storing, updating, and cross-checking
∎ Do follow up and verify staff HT, MLT, ECD Supervisor and other technical staff’s, etc.) monthly activity plan, accomplishment plan.
∎ Conduct monthly field coordination meetings to review and assessment of the progress of the Head Teachers with participation from technical leads as needed;
∎ Maintain coordination with Field level staff and Teacher ensuring supportive field program
∎ Attend all camp-related coordination meetings and share meeting results/findings with the next management.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Minimum 5 years experience in the field of NGO.

∎ Strong ability in problem solving and decision-making
