Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arrange necessary trainings and re - training of the staff.
∎ Install operations and confirm the accepted quality standard to the operators and the staff.
∎ Maintain "Traffic Light System" and defect repair process.
∎ Conduct 1st bundle appraisal.
∎ Ensure all kind of samples is according to the required acceptable standard and ensure it reaches the Buyer QC.
∎ Ensure the train End line and inline quality checkers according to the buyer standard (All quality points, How to measure chart, workmanship).
∎ Maintain AQL level at 1.5 standards at the Pre final inspection.
∎ Maintain systems and procedures (Needle policy, Commission system, and buyers' procedure).
∎ Ensure the quality assurance staff are participating the pre-production meeting.
∎ Maintain all documents and record in the quality process.
∎ Establish effective communication with sample and cutting departments.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Smart in situation handling.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in English & Bengali.

Salary: Negotiable
