- Experience: Minimum 3 - 5 Years with Levi’s
- Strong knowledge of woven garments quality standards.
- Technical: Strong understanding of finishing processes, measurements, and packaging.
- Familiarity with international buyer quality requirements & compliance protocols.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Well adaptable with Woven worker handling
- Have patience and able to work under pressure
Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead and guide the finishing and packaging teams.
- Monitor stitching, finishing, washing, and packing to meet quality standards (e.g., buyer specs, AQL).
- Implement in-line and end-line quality checks, manage FMEA risk assessments, and reduce defects.
- Analyses daily reports, provide feedback for corrective actions, and maintain quality records.
- Ensure adherence to buyer compliance, packaging, and presentation standards.
- Work with production, cutting, and dyeing departments to resolve issues.
- Ensure timely completion of orders and shipment plans.
