Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor factory safety and hygiene standards to comply with fire safety, health, and environmental protection.
Ensure compliance with customer audit requirements, such as SEDEX, ISO, and FSC certifications.
Managing/maintaining controls to ensure adherence to company`s Quality Management System (including OHS & Environment Systems), Standards, Policies, Procedures/Processes
Leading/encouraging culture of `Quality & Service` and `Lean Practice` across all functions
Preparing monthly reports on NCR, including root cause analysis, CAPA and process control/improvement
Preparing periodic reports on OHS & Environment performance, Risk & Hazard Assessments, including root cause analysis and process/control improvement
Arranging/conducting staff training & development in Quality Assurance/Control (including OHS & Environment)
Prepare compliance reports for management and customers.
