1.Sales support tasks

Sales Coordination & Order Processing

• Process customer orders, create new customer codes and follow up on quote approvals

• Convert quotes to jobs (raising job bags, printing job bags)

• Maintain records of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. (Managing LSD folders/contracts)

• Liaise with the production team to confirm order feasibility and delivery timelines.

• Track order status and update the sales team and customers accordingly.

• Contact existing clients & update diary notes regularly as part of the customer care program.

• Assist in NCR/makegood process

• Assist in generating sales reports

Customer Communication & Support

• Handle customer inquiries

• Follow up on pending payments and assist in maintaining good customer relationships (Work with the finance team to ensure proper billing and payment tracking.)
