Experience:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA).

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House

• Age 25 to 40 years

• 10 years minimum and 5 years in QMS Manager.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Quality system and QMS auditing skills.

• 5 years experience in QMS Manager.

• High Fluency in English speaking.

• Proficiency in MS Excel/Word/Power Point.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Robust personality able to work under pressure.

• Strong leadership quality to drive self-inspection model.

• Should Have Knowledge About 5S, 6 Sigma.

• Should know MMR issue & QMS standard.

• Should know overall quality assurance functions of delivering products to Buyer.

• Should Know Country Routine of Sewing & Finishing for Buyer.

• Should have defect detecting & controlling capacity.

We are looking for a person who has proficiency as a QMS Manager and who can handle independently buyer audit in terms of Quality & Technical.

Responsibilities:

• Should have experience as QMS Auditor with relevant manufacturing experience.

• Fluently written and spoken ability in English.

• Able to issue inspection report and email communication directly with buyers.

• Find problems in garments and make root cause analysis of defects.

• To ensure that quality of garments delivered to buyer are in line with their needs and company`s objects.

• Should sound knowledge about QMS standard.

• Training on ISO-9001 (QMS) will be preferable.

• Handle quality assurance procedure in a way that ensures minimum involvement of time, manpower and other resources while delivering the optimum quality.

• Should have knowledge about analysis of defect and make PPT with monthly DHU percentage considering all the section.

• Audit following areas of garment manufacturing processes: QA audit, End line Audit, Day final Audit.

• Capable to handle buyer’s quality audit.

• Highlight problems/ faults/ discrepancies in production.

• Assist to take immediate corrective actions and solve the problems.

• As per company policy.
