• Develop Quality Strategies, policies, processes, standards and systems of the company.

• Follow up, monitor & supervise QMS requirements.

• To run successfully QMS throughout the whole manufacturing unit from accessories store to shipment.

• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and customer requirements

• Developed & established QMS Process & procedures in the organization.

• Plan, conduct, and manage internal audits and support external audits

• Identify non-conformities and lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

• Maintain quality documentation (policies, procedures, manuals, records)

• Monitor quality performance indicators and report results to management

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and risk-based thinking

• Train employees on QMS procedures and quality awareness

• Coordinate management reviews and follow up on action items

• Act as the main contact for certification bodies and regulatory authorities

• Support supplier quality management and evaluations

• Promote a quality-focused culture throughout the organization

• Lead Quality control and management system in cutting, sewing, finishing, CT Pat & warehouse.

• Developing & implementing procedures for inspecting, testing & evaluating the quality of products in accordance with the company’s standards.

• Establish existing SOP’s & monitor all the operations are performing through SOP.

• Train up Quality Inspectors & stuff to develop knowledge on basic quality requirements, customer standard & all over the quality policies & procedures.

• Implement technical requirements for individual buyer.

• Conduct technical audit in the factory & take necessary measures to meet standards.

• Keep all the quality documents, buyer’s manual & implement accordingly.

• Control, execute and ensure the projected budget as per the company plan.

• Maintain effective communications with members of the buying

• Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product.

• Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.

• Identify quality issues and analyse complex problems, recommend and implement preventive and/or corrective actions.

• Strongly monitor production process in line with the QA & QC strategy as defined by head of department to constantly improve the quality and value of products.

• Implement 5S/housekeeping in the workplace & train every department about 5S development.

• Ensure product safety in all technical aspects.

• Carry out any other jobs as assigned by the superior time to time.
