Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be the link between the Suppliers, Factories & Quality department.
∎ Close contact with Quality Manager, Merchandising team & suppliers.
∎ Conduct size -set, Inline & Final inspection as per customer STD.
∎ Monitor & ensure quality/production process at factory has been maintained as per PGS STD.
∎ Immediately inform to line manager if observe any evidence of breaches of PGS compliance SOP.
∎ Drive the Organization's Quality Standards, Inspection, and supplier process improvement support function.
∎ Provide technical support to factories.
∎ Products Knowledge Jacket, Knit & Sweater areas.
∎ Train third party QC to Organization's Quality Requirements
∎ Train, follow-up certified suppliers
∎ Manage pre-production meetings with factory when necessary.
∎ Improve & maintain the quality of Buyer's products (regular up-date).
∎ Keep track of the quality risks during production.
∎ Perform in-line inspection and corrective actions.
∎ Manage on time final inspection when necessary.
∎ Follow-up Action plan
∎ Communicate with quality & merchandising department on respective quality issues.
∎ Provide good representation of the company policy and quality requirement to both internal and external contacts, instruct supplier / factory in achieving company quality objective.
∎ Assist Quality manager in quality studies, quality training, seminars.
∎ Respect company disciplines and obey the employee handbook.
∎ Conduct inspection (Size-set, Inline and Final, whenever applicable) according to the customers' requirement and Prepare inspection report to report inspection findings.
∎ Tracks the failed reports & ensures the implementation of Corrective Action Plans.
∎ Thoroughly Review QC file & PP seal Sample with BULK production & ensure all the aspects maintained as per required standard.
∎ Asist QC management with data/metrics for Quality Audit, Quality management system develop & factory Capacity & capability Metrix.
∎ Educate & guide factory GPQ/workers to execute the appropriate SOP, as per PGS quality Standards & Testing /Inspection guideline.
∎ Suggest and communicate with factory to resolve production and quality related issues on-site. Develop Process quality & advice to respective factory for better execution.
∎ Monitor Risk Assessment & analyze problem log to identify and prepare appropriate reports.
∎ Follow up all quality points, process engineering & Packing accuracy as per SOP for better process mapping of the factory.
∎ Identify Quality drive gaps in factory by using process mapping & other applicable measurement tools. Follow management provided tools to assess production process & quality capabilities.
∎ Pick-up test sample on time & evaluation test report & coordination with Fabric/Wash tech accordingly if required.
∎ Check production Plan, execution, must verify during Inspection, delivery challan & testing report of all incoming product to confirm quality conformance as well any unauthorized activities.
∎ Observe & escalate evidence of breaches of customer product safety and quality manual (customer manual, GOTS, OCS, OEKO-TEX, EU regulation law, AQL standard, Children product safety standard etc.)
∎ Support junior colleagues, also train them to make an efficient team member of Organization.

∎ Understanding of the total apparels chain/ buying processes
∎ Online inspection platform - like INSPECTORIO
∎ Good knowledge on factory overall production & quality process
