Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR & Finance Manager to lead HR, administration, and financial documentation functions in our apparel buying house Liaison Office. This role requires a dynamic professional who can effectively manage recruitment, employee relations, office operations, and accounting documentation, ensuring organizational compliance and efficiency

Human Resources & Administration:

  • Manage full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, promotion, discipline, and performance appraisals.
  • Maintain personnel records, HRIS, payroll, CPF, leave, and conveyance tracking.
  • Organize training calendars, coordinate staff development, and resolve workplace grievances.
  • Oversee office administration including premises management, janitorial staff, logistics, and IT support.
  • Coordinate all arrangements for foreign visitors and overseas travel for employees.

Accounting & Documentation:

  • Prepare and maintain key financial records and reports: Monthly Yearly Cost Sheet (YCS) fileo Monthly vouchers, cash flow statements, and scanned financial record so Vendor payments, commission invoices , and customer invoice copies
  • Support Bangladesh Income Tax audits with timely and accurate documentation.
  • Handle all bank-related activities: o Salary disbursement, bank statements, solvency certificates, encashment, and withdrawals
  • Maintain compliance with Tax & VAT regulations: o House rent tax/VAT and customer VAT documentation
  • Manage petty cash, inventory, vehicle expenses, and maintain logs and approvals.
  • Liaise with vendors for payment processing and maintain supplier network records.

Operational & Logistics Management:

  • Coordinate parcel dispatch with C&F, track shipments, and documentation.
  • Oversee employee information management, attendance, and scheduling.
  • Liaise with third-party IT vendors to ensure tech infrastructure remains operational
