∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ At least 2-year work experience in RMG and NGO / INGO Experience.
∎ Females are encouraged to apply.
∎ Previous experience in the livelihood training and production will get priority.
∎ Fluency in local language will get priority.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Under the direct support by the Livelihoods unit of UNHCR, NGO Forum has been operating the jute bag and re-usable sanitary pad production centers in the refugee camps where a number of refugee women from the women headed families are engaging in these productions and also earn daily wages that improve the economic conditions of their lives.
∎ For scaling-up the livelihood and self-reliance opportunities for the refugees in Cox’s Bazar in Bangladesh, with the support of UNHCR, NGO Forum is seeking qualified candidates for its skills and livelihoods services for the refugees living at Bhasan Char in Bangladesh.
∎ To ensure the quality of the product.
∎ To assist for each aspect of quality control (rejection rate within a satisfactory level, follow QC inspection checklist on finish product)h of the finished product, production output & on-time shipment.
∎ To support to verify the quality of raw materials and accessories prior to the start of production.
∎ Conduct regular inspections of finished products to identify and address any defects or discrepancies.
∎ Arrange for the dispatch of finished goods and take measures to transfer balances to stores for reconciliation.
∎ Identifying the lacks & gaps of the trainees during training and support them to overcome.
∎ Any other task assigned by the project management unit.

∎ As per Human Resource Policies & Procedures of NGO Forum for Public Health.

Employment Status: Contractual

Job Highlights:
∎ The duration of the contract will be until December 31, 2025.
∎ The job location will be in Bhasan Char.
