Responsibilities & Context:
∎ A deep understanding of the food manufacturing process, including knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control.
∎ Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures and standards, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations and industry best practices.
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and marketing, to develop and implement product development strategies to enhance the company's product portfolio and market share.

∎ Conduct regular quality inspections of incoming raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
∎ Arrange and handle internal and external audit and conduct management review meeting.
∎ Maintain accurate records of quality control procedures and results.
∎ Analyze product quality data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement.
∎ Develop and deliver quality and product development training to staff, as needed.
∎ Understanding of sensory evaluation techniques, including consumer testing, descriptive analysis, and discrimination testing.
∎ Knowledge of ingredient functionality and interactions, including understanding the role of ingredients in product development.
∎ Experience in recipe development and formulation, including understanding of ingredient compatibility and functionality.
∎ Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, including prioritization, timeline management, and resource allocation.
∎ Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills, including experience in statistical analysis and data interpretation.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills, Process optimization Industry knowledge: Understanding of industry trends and best practices, including attending conferences, reading industry publications, and networking with peers in the industry.
