∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting quality standards of the factory following customer's requirements and guidance for each department and process.
∎ Working experience in handling pre-production meeting, line layout; In-line production quality control; capacity planning; final Inspection with all aspect of quality assurance.
∎ Analyze inspection reports to identify sources of quality problems and take necessary counter measures to improve future results.
∎ To follow 'Time and Action Plan' on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ Conducting meeting with quality and production team on regular basis to solve various issues related with production.
∎ Follow-up and monitoring all production line from sample to shipment.
∎ Liaises with production to sort out the production related technical issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Production.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments.
∎ Experience in shirt project is mandatory.
∎ Up to date knowledge on equipment/ machinery.
∎ Good communication skill in English.
