Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in BIFT/ B.Sc in Textiles/ Diploma in Fashion designing
∎ Skills Required: Buyer Handling

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experience on preparing quality documentation, quality SOP and capable/experience on facing technical audit.
∎ Experience on bulk knitting /linking approval.
∎ Must be capable to accomplish the in Line to final inspection.
∎ Have an understanding of sweater knit construction, yarn development, gauges, and stitch/ pattern development and knitting chart.
∎ Sample development follows up and to arrange PP meeting to find out required attachment quality control system according to style & buyer requirements.
∎ Check samples against product specifications to ensure that they meet customers' quality standards.
∎ Monitor daily report and analyze feedback for corrective and productive action.
∎ Must have knowledge of sample development approve sample, swatch matching & finishing quality in order to maintain a good standard product for executing shipment smoothly for the nominated customers.
∎ Monitoring production and provide technical support to production unit when required, to ensure quality standard.
∎ Conduct factory audits to ensure that factories meet international/customers' compliance standards.
∎ Having experience and capable of handing buyers independently on Quality Assurance matters.
∎ Ensure works were inspected by the respective QCCs in accordance with the Quality Control System (QCS)
∎ Prepare daily quality report and report to management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 15 yrs. of experience in which minimum 5 years as Factory QA Manager in any reputed sweaters factory.
∎ Capable or must have experience on facing technical audit.
∎ Should have vast knowledge on preparing Quality SOP.
∎ Must have good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent command in both spoken and written English.
∎ Experience on bulk knitting /linking approval.
∎ Can handle buyer & suggest alternative solution.
∎ Able to contribute to improve quality with problem solving ability.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have experience in handling of manual knitting, auto knitting, jacquard machine (Sweater)
Salary:
