∎ At least 3 year(s)

QA Lab, QUALITY ASSURANCE
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Dyeing Factory, Garments, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Gather and report data from test results.
∎ Perform quality related textile and raw material tests as per Gildan specified procedure.
∎ To analyses statistical data of test & share all relative process owner that they can take necessary action plan.
∎ To follow up Daily, Yearly calibration of using machineries
∎ To control & follow up of all documentation of lab machineries regarding maintenance, repairing, servicing, calibration.
∎ Train & review all quality lab SOP/Format with lab employee.
∎ To operate spectrophotometer related other lab test machines.
∎ Ability to perform shade evaluation by visual & CMC.
∎ To prepare SOP, format, electronic data base report, standard as GILDAN requirement.
∎ Use different stagey, quality tools, Format, Report, presentation for decision making of any kind of issue that will increase efficient & effective.
∎ To continuous improvement implement DIFO, Graphical presentation, and Analysis to inform PO by weekly and monthly test report analysis.
∎ Ensure product quality to reduce test failure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge & expertise on ISO Testing Methodology and AATCC Testing methodology.
∎ Must have experience from Knit-Dyeing factories/concerns.
