• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance in the knit garments industry.

• Proven leadership and team management skills.

• Strong communication ability in both English and Bangla.

• In-depth knowledge of buyer standards, AQL, and international quality norms. Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven personality.

• Well trained about Microsoft office, Excel & PowerPoint.

• Lead and supervise the QA department, ensuring quality standards at every stage of production.

• Develop and implement QA policies, SOPs, and inspection guidelines to maintain consistent quality.

• Review samples, patterns, and technical packs to ensure accuracy before production.

• Conduct quality risk assessments and establish preventive measures to avoid recurring issues.

• Train and mentor QA and QC teams to achieve operational excellence.

• Coordinate with production, merchandising, and other departments for continuous quality improvement.

• Represent the factory during buyer visits, audits, and third-party inspections.

• Analyse quality data and submit periodic reports to senior management.

• Follow up orders from sample to shipment in Factory.
