Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA / IBA or Master in Textiles or similar from the recognize university with good result back ground.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to handle independently at least 8-10 Merchandiser under his supervision.
∎ Capable to achieve production by doing coordination with Head of production. Must good knowledge of production and washing in denim and non denim / gmt over dye.
∎ Strong command / monitor in target achievement with in time shipment .
∎ Production experience mandatory ..
∎ Instant costing idea woven or knit including wash and good knowledge of fabric and price both denim and non denim ..
∎ Fluency and Good written skill in English to attend Buyer communication by mail and verbally.
∎ T N A and WIP follow up with Merchant team on weekly basis.
∎ Experience / Capable to handle price negotiation with buyer & factory on woven or knit items.
∎ Compliant knowledge mandatory..
∎ Fabric quality (Woven & Knit) knowledge must be with all sort test idea
∎ Strong souring on Fabric and Trims local & Imported
∎ Strong technical knowledge specially on denim products
∎ Excellent written & verbal communication with the respective buyer and overseas supplier ..
∎

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least min -8-10 years in same post from Foreign or local reputed buying office ..
∎ Good interpersonal skills
