Experience:

• Age 27 to 35 years

• At least 5-7 years' experience as Quality In-charge in any renowned 100% export oriented Woven bottom RMG industry
• Strong knowledge of woven garments quality standards.
• Familiarity with international buyer quality requirements & compliance protocols.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Quality troubleshooting, Critical problem solving, Technical skill on the quality issues
• Must have good command over MS Office program.
• Must have excellent verbal & written communication skill in English.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and integrity.

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance systems across Sample Room.
• Ensure compliance with buyer specifications, AQL standards, and company quality policies.
• Supervise in-line, end-line, and final inspection activities to maintain consistent product quality.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions for quality issues.
• Provide technical guidance and training to QA/QC teams, supervisors, and operators.
• Collaborate with merchandising, production, and finishing teams to resolve quality concerns.
• Maintain proper documentation and reports for audits and buyer visits.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality and customer satisfaction.
