Additional Requirements: - 1–3 years’ experience in QA/Monitoring for call center or ISP sales operations.
- Excellent listening, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and report preparation.
- Strong understanding of customer experience and sales processes.
Responsibilities & Context: - Monitor inbound & outbound calls to assess communication quality and service accuracy.
- Evaluate sales calls, lead conversion, and customer handling performance.
- Identify training needs and share feedback with team leaders.
- Prepare QA reports, highlight process gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure all customer interactions follow company standards and compliance guidelines.
