Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 2–4+ years of experience in functional or manual QA roles
• Strong English communication skills — must be able to collaborate with global teams effectively
• Proven experience testing full applications (not just UI elements)
• Familiarity with agile, MVP-style development workflows
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Available for partial overlap with USA business hours (2–4 hours minimum)

Nice to Haves

• Interest in supporting simple operational tasks (e.g., process automation, internal tooling)
• Experience or curiosity around using AI tools to enhance QA (e.g., ChatGPT, test script generators)
• Exposure to early-stage startups or fast-paced development environments
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Notion, or similar

Location: Remote (Bangladesh-based)

Time Zone: USA or Singapore (Depending on Client)

About the Role

We are hiring a Functional QA Engineer on behalf of an early-stage product studio that builds Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for global clients. This isn't a role where you’ll be pixel-pushing UI tests — you'll be responsible for testing real functionality across entire applications. If you're someone who enjoys making sure things actually work (not just look right), this is for you.

You’ll join a small, highly collaborative remote team where you’ll work closely with developers and product managers. Strong communication, curiosity, and initiative are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end testing of new product features and user flows
• Validate functional requirements across web and/or mobile platforms
• Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test plans
• Identify, report, and track bugs and inconsistencies with clarity
• Work cross-functionally with dev and product teams to prioritize and resolve issues
• Document QA processes and contribute to testing best practices
