∎ Candidate is expected to be very proactive, dynamic and self-motivated.
∎ Experience in performing quality control follow ups with factory and final inspections.
∎ Convincing factory when they do not follow our procedure.
∎ Need to take decision while quality formats are not fill up timely or daily
∎ Need to manage short deadline due to delay in receiving approval from respective authority.
∎ More than 6 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Study individual Customer Quality Manual, understand the quality requirements of individual customer and follow the requirements strictly.
∎ Educate the factory on the quality requirements of individual customer and encourage them to follow the requirements
∎ Facilitate the technical transfer process
∎ Risk assessment analysis report
∎ Conduct Size Set Trial and Knife Trial
∎ Monitor PPS making in factory
∎ Take part in pre-production trial and conduct meeting with the factory and merchandiser before the beginning of production
∎ Perform weekly fitting report checks, daily AM PM bonding test checks and any other routine check as per SOP.
∎ Ensure factory complies to Centro Footwear Quality SOP.
∎ Conduct day final, pre-final, inline and final inspection, generate reports and provide necessary guidance as required.
∎ Follow up with any factory compliance issues to meet buyer requirements.
∎ Conduct Technical Audit and generate audit report, work on CAPs and follow up with factory to improve
∎ Be able to conduct material lab tests as per requirement of individual customer
∎ Check shipment schedule and coordinate with factory to ensure we are able to meet the specified delivery date.
∎ Provide necessary guidance to subordinates/juniors to help them improve
∎ Follow QC check list and provide necessary guidance.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
∎ Appropriately delegate duties among subordinates/juniors and keep superiors updated about their activities.
∎ Maintain direct contact with factory management.
∎ Provide authorization to start production.
