Education:

• HSC
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management

• Supply Chain Management, Operation & Logistics related course
• Minimum HSC pass or equivalent
• Candidates with training or certification in Procurement/Supply Chain will get preference

• Strong knowledge of all types of procurement processes beyond just hotel supply
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently during night shift

• Familiarity with Dhaka’s wholesale markets (Karwan Bazar, Jatrabari, Kawran, etc.)

Experience Requirements :

• 2 to 3 years’ hands-on experience in purchase & procurement of perishable items (fish, vegetables, imported goods, etc.)
• Mandatory: Experience in supplying or sourcing goods for five-star hotels or premium restaurants (e.g., Sheraton, Westin, Inter Continental)
• Strong knowledge and practical skills in general procurement processes, vendor selection, pricing negotiation, inventory management, and quality control
• Familiarity with Dhaka’s major wholesale markets (Karwan Bazar, Jatrabari, Kawran, etc.)
• Proven skills in vendor management, purchase coordination, and documentation
• Basic tech knowledge (Google Sheets, WhatsApp, mobile apps, etc.)

Responsibilities & Context:

Location: Gulshan-1, Dhaka

Employment Type: Full-Time (Night Shift: 12:30 AM – 10:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities :

• Source and purchase fish, vegetables, and other perishable items from night wholesale markets
• Negotiate with vendors to ensure best price and hotel-grade quality
• Maintain accurate purchase logs, supplier records, and expense reports
• Supervise delivery coordination and ensure timely dispatch
• Report daily purchase updates to the Operations Head
• Ensure all items meet company standards for quality and hygiene
• Maintain integrity, professionalism, and safety during field operations
