Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline in Supply Chain Management
∎ Candidate should be Graduate/ Masters in any discipline.
∎ English grade: Level 4 or above.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure effective procurement both foreign & local.
∎ Responsible for Commercial Documentation, Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/ C&F Negotiation.
∎ Coordinate with other departments for justified Raw materials, Consumable materials, spare parts, tools requisitions and supplies.
∎ Able to prepare supply chain plan and execution monitoring of the plan of smooth supply
∎ Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
∎ Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties.
∎ Coordinate with user departments and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned.
∎ Assist in managing and following up overseas purchases orders.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
∎ Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
∎ Purchase and issue order in accordance to specification.
∎ Coordinate with MC for plan and manage inventory levels of materials or products.
∎ Source for new parts, suppliers or sub-contractors when the need arises.
∎ Need to travel within the country on demand.
∎ Assist in sourcing, communicating, and negotiating with external suppliers providing end to end support in the purchasing processes

∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong leadership skills and proven experience in staff development

∎ Ability to take a proactive approach to overcome challenges and achieve results
∎ Versatile, tenacious and people orientated
∎ Result orientated and confident
∎ Proven appreciation of customer service expectations and cost demands of business
∎ Commercial and financial acumen
∎ Developing subordinates skills and competencies and defines development needs
∎ Sets priorities taking into account short and long-term needs of the business.
∎ Sound Knowledge in operating Computer especially in MS word & MS excel.
