Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate and oversee the collection of maize from various sources, including farmers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
∎ Implement efficient and organized maize collection procedures.
∎ Ensure the quality and quantity of maize collected meet the set standards.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with maize suppliers and farmers.
∎ Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams to facilitate smooth collection and transportation of maize.
∎ Monitor market trends and prices to make informed decisions on maize collection strategies.
∎ Implement and enforce safety and quality control measures during the collection process.
