∎ Age 25 to 40 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Procuring materials for the entire knit composite factory.
∎ Co-ordination with user receiving purchase requisition & analysis those needs accordingly.
∎ Prepare CS & take approval from management.
∎ Prepare purchase order as per requirement & follow-up with the supplier for on time delivery.
∎ Liaise with the store personnel in order to confirm the receipt of goods / materials and to find out any discrepancies with regard to quality, quantity, or any other perimeters.
∎ Collect DN/GRN from the concern store.
∎ Prepare bills & submit to audit & accounts department for on time payment.
∎ Regular visit to the market to find new vendors & to get actual price of the materials.
∎ Ensure efficient procurement according to SOP.
∎ Any other tusk by management.
