Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning publicity strategies and campaigns.
∎ Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising.
∎ Writing and producing presentations, articles, press releases and social media posts.
∎ Managing & organizing the production of visual communications and digital content.
∎ Dealing with inquiries from the public, the press and related organizations.
∎ Organizing and attending promotional events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and visits.
∎ Speaking publicly at interviews, press conferences and presentations.
∎ Providing clients/colleagues with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns’ progress.
∎ Analyzing media coverage.
∎ Commissioning or undertaking relevant market research and data analysis.
∎ Coordinating and analyzing the success of online/ offline advertising.
∎ Keeping records of progress, budgets and timescales, and keeping clients/ vendors & management up to date with these.
∎ Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing) and maintain open communication with senior management.
∎ Edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts, updating official web site etc.).
∎ Prepare and distribute press releases.
∎ Organize PR events (e.g. open days, press conferences) and serve as the company’s spokesperson.
∎ Address inquiries from the media and other parties.
∎ Track media coverage and follow industry trends.
∎ Prepare, submit & manage PR reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
