Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Public Relations Manager/Officer.to organize & oversee PR activities & ensure communication with stakeholders, media & the public.
∎ As a PR officer, you should be an organized & cool-tempered professional who is able to handle a crisis. We expect you to have a creative mind & excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and search for potential clients.
∎ Visit government offices to find potential clients & operations for the company
∎ Monitor analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis.
∎ Develop PR campaigns & media relation strategies
∎ Collaborate with the internal team
∎ Edit & update promotional material & publications ( Brochures, Videos, Social media postal)
∎ Prepared & distribute a press release
∎ Organized PR event
∎ Seek opportunities for partnership, Sponsorship & advertising
∎ Address inquiries from the media & other parties
∎ Track media coverage & follow industry trends
∎ Prepare & submit PR reports

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Proven working experience in public relations required
∎ Proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns at both a local and national level
∎ Strong relationships with both local and national business and industry media outlets
∎ Experience in acting as a company spokesperson; comfortable and skilled in both broadcast and print media interviews
∎ Exceptional writing and editing skills
∎ Solid experience with social media including blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
∎ Excellent analytical ability, interpersonal and leadership skills are required for the position.
∎ Teamwork, problem-solving, learning agility, and a strategic mindset is expected for the position. The incumbent has to be very proactive and dynamic in nature and possess a go-getter attitude.
∎ Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills are required.
∎ Computer literacy in MS Office & Outlook.
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good skills in MS Word & MS Excel, MS Power presentation email writing.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality.
∎ Good Communication Skills.
