Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide excellent patient care service and give precise information to the patients.
∎ Act as point of contact between the Hospital and Patients.
∎ To build good relationships with the admitted patients & the customers.
∎ Provide information about new services, exciting developments and advances in treatment options, expansion efforts, cutting-edge equipment, specialists etc.
∎ Receive customer complaints and forward the complaint to the concerned department.
∎ Handle customers with effective communication skills.
∎ Collaborate and maintain open communication with senior managements.
∎ Reporting everyday activities to the concerned authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates should require computer skills in basic programs such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
∎ Versatile and has good communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Ability to perform well under pressure.
∎ Has to have good work ethics & perform diligently.
∎ Willingness to change the Job location as per requirement.

Salary: Tk. 18000 (Monthly)
