Job Context:
∎ OXFAM Funded DFAT AHP Bangladesh Rohingya Response Phase III Inclusive Project.
∎ The duration of the contract will be until June, 2021.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure successful implementation and effective management of the project activities.
∎ Assist the Project Manager in overall planning, budgeting, implementation and monitoring of the project.
∎ Supply and installation of contactless handwashing stations in host community (donated by ERLHA/HIF &Laithwaites)Community based sanitary survey to trace route of contamination in host communities
∎ Water testing and surveillance tracing route of contamination, kits and consumables
∎ Sanitary protection to water sources
∎ Support hh in host community with DIY tippy style handwashing
∎ Upgrading of existing latrines
∎ Regular monitoring and supervision of different WASH infrastructures as well as collaborative work with logistic/ procurement to support quotations collection, quotation evaluation, contractor selection, contracts signing, orders, work order issue and purchases.
∎ Technical supervision and cross checking of construction materials of WASH infrastructure before installation with specifications, drawing, design quality and quantity.
∎ Responsible for feasibility survey, design, prepare the estimation of quantities and cost detailed drawings and other necessary documents of WASH interventions.
∎ To maintain up-to-date records of all field level activities to show a status of the work, the status of construction materials, equipment at store and construction sites.
∎ Manage construction contractor by providing engineering support during project construction and process contract change orders and design revisions.
∎ Attend various internal and external meetings regarding engineering topics or issues and respond to questions and inquiries from various individuals, groups and organizations.
∎ Perform other relevant duties as required for the project as well as the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Practical work experience in WASH sectors with WASH and SWM and work experience in Cox's bazar preferable.
∎ Ability to communicate with people in local language (Cox's Bazaar)
∎ Medium in English (written/verbal)
∎ Team management- Ability to work under limited supervision - Dynamism - Good report writing ability - Computer skills (Have strong knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS, MS Office).

Salary: Tk. 70000 (Monthly)
