∎ Working experience for preparing WASH facilities design and drawing and implementing the construction work in Rohingya Influx area.
∎ Team management- Ability to work under limited supervision – Dynamism, Good report writing, Presentation & Computer skills, etc.
∎ Strong team management skills with the ability to work independently and guide teams under minimal supervision.
∎ Dynamism, strong report writing, presentation, and computer skills are essential.
∎ Capable of designing, drawing and estimating BoQ for Water and Sanitation infrastructures independently.
∎ Facilitation and strong interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Excellent facilitation and interpersonal communication skills to foster collaboration among stakeholders and field teams.
∎ Excellent writing and presentation skill in English.
∎ Proficient in writing technical and analytical reports, delivering presentations, and communicating effectively in English with stakeholders.
∎ Computer skills (Have strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Water GEMS, GIS, MS Office)
∎ Strong technical skills with proficiency in AutoCAD, Water GEMS, GIS, and MS Office for the design and analysis of water distribution networks.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide technical support and overall planning, budgeting, and implementation and monitoring of the project.
∎ Drawing, design, and construction or rehabilitation of different types of WASH facilities as well as collaborative work with logistic/ procurement to support quotations collection, quotation evaluation, contractor selection, contracts signing, orders, work order issue and purchases.
∎ Cross-checking of hardware construction materials of water & sanitation facilities before installation with specifications, drawing, design quality and quantity.
∎ Conducting pre-feasibility and feasibility of the construction related works.
∎ Assist to feasibility survey, design, prepares the estimation of quantities and cost detailed drawings and other necessary documents of WASH interventions.
∎ Maintaining up-to-date records of all field level activities to show the status of the work, the status of construction materials, equipment at store and construction site.
∎ Conducting regular monitoring and full technical supervision and provide technical inputs to the beneficiaries.
∎ Performing project management functions; calculate project quantities; prepare project cost estimates, specifications and coordinate activities with other external agencies in the target area.
∎ Managing construction contract by providing engineering support during project construction and process contract change orders and design revisions.
∎ To assist in preparing and preserving all correspondence and respective documents, files, and reports confidentially.
∎ Perform other relevant duties as required for the project as well as the organization.
