Educational Requirements:

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Counseling, Facilitation, Training

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide standard mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) care and psychosocial counselling, to Gender Based Violence (GBV) survivors with some mental disorder;
∎ Assist in conduct MH assessment to GBV survivors with some traumatic symptom;
∎ Assisted Psychological Counselor on psychosocial counselling with proper documentation with necessary coordination in a team;
∎ Assisted in conducting sessions according to the target (PP) and log frame;
∎ Maintain safety and confidentiality in filing system and case information sharing;
∎ Provided necessary support as part of capacity building to concern to Child Lerner Centre facilitators;
∎ Field visit and provide to Psychological Counselor/Programme Manager a biweekly report and monthly report or as and when requires as per compliance of different stakeholders;
∎ Closely work in supervision of Psychological Counselor for necessary work plan and implementation and documentation; and
∎ Address any other job assigned by Psychological Counselor/Programme Manager or Coordinator, Rohingya Response.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience working with INGO/NGO in Cox's Bazar is preferable with Humanitarian context and emergencies.
∎ 1 years' experience in mental health and psycho-social programming (in refugee context is preferable)
∎ Good knowledge of and experience in using established inter-agency and Donor standards.
∎ Cultural awareness and sensitivity, prior experience in Rohingya camps is preferable
∎ Strong background and skills in facilitating trainings, coaching and mentoring others
∎ Familiarity with Child Protection minimum standard and GBV guiding principle
∎ Competency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
∎ Ability to communicate clearly and sensitively in written and spoken English. Chittagonian/ Rohingya speaking capacity is a must requirement and will be a strong plus.
∎ Flexible, enthusiasm to learn and optimistic and friendly attitude.

Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
