Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-graduation in social science, preferably in statistics, Economics, sociology anthropology, or any other relevant subjects from a reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with program teams to develop monitoring and evaluation (M&E) plans and indicators that are in line with program goals and objectives.
∎ Support the PME Officer in creating and implementing data collection tools and methods, such as surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions.
∎ Ensure the quality of data through effective data cleaning and analysis techniques.
∎ Analyze data to evaluate program progress, identify gaps and challenges, and measure impact.
∎ Assist the PME officer in preparing clear, concise, and informative M&E reports that present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
∎ Stay informed about best practices and methodologies in M&E.
∎ Contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization's M&E systems and processes.
∎ Help develop and strengthen project planning, monitoring, and evaluation procedures.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least one year of experience in M&E fieldin development projects.
∎
∎ Proficient in both quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
∎ Familiarity with data collection techniques, sampling methodology, and M&E concepts.
∎ Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
∎ Experienced in working in multi-cultural and multi-ethnic environments.
∎ Proficient in using the MS Office suite.
∎ Preferred experience in data analysis using software such as SPSS, STATA, etc.
∎ Preference given to those with experience in developing data entry screens and collecting data using KOBO Toolbox, ODK, etc.
∎ Strong spoken and written English language skills with the ability to produce quality reports.
∎ Self-motivated, adaptable to different cultures, and possess strong ethics and integrity.
∎ Good presentation skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
∎ Experience in photography/photo editing is an added advantage.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
