∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ This position is open only to native of Naogaon.
∎ Have to be physically sound, energetic and fluent both in English & Bangla.
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
∎ Ability to train and mentor other team members.
∎ Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
∎ Person should have willing to visit field at least 30% of time.
∎ Sound independent judgment (ability to think objectively, have strong ethical standards, as well as high level of integrity to adhere to regulations and compliance);
∎ Should be perfectionist and have aptitude to prepare best outputs.
∎ This position is open only to native of Naogaon.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communicate and coordinate with district level stakeholders including chairmen, member, govt. officials, journalists and other NGOs.
∎ Networking with other CSOs, NGO, Youth groups, Women’s rights groups, Human Rights activists for progressing different campaign and advocacy.
∎ Responsible to visit survivors’ house, communicate with necessary stakeholders, prepare report and submit to SMT.
∎ Support women and girls survivors to get support from police station, court, lawyers, hospitals.
∎ Candidate should have sound knowledge of safeguarding issues.
∎ The candidate must have sound knowledge of program planning, budgeting, monitoring, evaluation, database management, data analysis, report writing and documentation.
∎ She/he should have skills in report writing, networking, communication and liaison, presentation skills.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office program and data analysis is also essential for this position.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Carry our any other duties assigned by the authority as and when necessary.
