Job Context:
∎ The main aim of the mental health program is to support the organization in scaling up the mental health sector in the camp, ensuring the provision of comprehensive, quality services to the community.
∎ Department: MHPSS
∎ Expected Start Date: ASAP.
∎ Contract length: Up to June 30, 2023.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work within a multidisciplinary team in the designated health facility according to the case management, bio-psychosocial approach
∎ Conduct screening and assessment of beneficiaries and develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans according to their needs
∎ Provide psycho-education to beneficiaries and their families
∎ Provide psychological support and counselling services to beneficiaries and their families
∎ Provide family support when needed
∎ Facilitate group therapy and support group sessions in coordination with the multidisciplinary team
∎ Organize community, rehabilitation and awareness activities for beneficiaries and their families incoordination with the multidisciplinary team
∎ Attend and contribute to the weekly clinical supervision meeting
∎ Ensure the complete and updated filing of beneficiary information, including follow- up visits and referrals
∎ Provide capacity building activities to develop skills and abilities of beneficiaries and CPV
∎ Conduct regular supervision visits on the MHGAP program to trained health workers
∎ Deliver training and supervision on MHPSS to various partners and providers
∎ Assist in performing other tasks as requested by the MHPSS Coordinator
∎ Provide supervision and guidance for Social Worker
∎ Entry the MHPSS data from Register and Updated it in regular interval
∎ Prepared daily, weekly, and monthly report
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1-2 years of experience in psychosocial or mental health counselling experience required
∎ Experience with other NGOs-INGOs desirable.
