Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in Psychology (clinical psychology preferable)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide standard mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) care and non-drug treatments to Gender Based Violence (GBV) survivors with complicated mental disorder.
∎ Conduct MH assessment to GBV survivors with complicated mental disorder which is required by RI case management officers.
∎ Provide MPHSS care and non-drug treatment to GBV survivors who present complicated mental health and psychological distress as required by RI Case Management Officers.
∎ Closely collaborate with RI Case Management Officers.
∎ Maintain confidentiality of case filing system
∎ Ensure all case information are kept confidential
∎ Ensure safety in case information sharing
∎ Maintain all case filing in locked system
∎ Conduct training to RI protection staffs and volunteers on topics relevant to MHPSS
∎ Provide to Protection Manager a biweekly report and monthly report or as reqquired
∎ Represent RI in interagency coordination working groups (e.g. MHPSS working group).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience working with INGO/NGO in Cox's Bazar is preferable
∎ 1 years' experience in mental health and psycho-social programming (in refugee context is preferable)
∎ Experience working in the Humanitarian context and emergencies
∎ Good knowledge of and experience in using established inter-agency and Donor standards and guidelines in MHPSS.
∎ Cultural awareness and sensitivity, prior experience in Rohingya camps is preferable
∎ Strong background and skills in facilitating trainings, coaching and mentoring others
∎ Familiarity with Child Protection minimum standard and GBV guiding principle
∎ Competency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
∎ Ability to communicate clearly and sensitively in written and spoken English. Chittagonian speaking capacity will be a strong plus.
