Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree in Psychology (Clinical/Counseling/Educational Psychology preferable)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) activities in a participatory manner.
∎ Plan and monitor individual and group mental health and psychosocial support activities in collaboration with community psychosocial volunteers
∎ Supervised the cases of Community Psychosocial volunteers though individual or groups supervision format.
∎ Ensure timely referral and follow up of cases in need of further support.
∎ Build the capacities of community psychosocial volunteers including trainings in MHPSS, to facilitate participatory and inclusive activities.
∎ Monitor indicators and targets of the community psychosocial volunteers and collect daily data and share it with TAISF MHPSS.
∎ Contribute to data entry and analysis of gathered information.
∎ She/he will ensure consistency in the mental health and psychosocial activities across different locations, initiate and lead meetings for sharing and learning and continuous improvement of activities through the development and maintaining link with other MHPSS actors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have minimum 02 years of experience of working in relevant refugee program implementation
∎ The candidate must be able to communicate in English and Bangla languages
∎ Capacity to communicate and understand local Chittagonian dialect will be added qualification
