Responsibilities & Context:
Salik & Co. manages a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in the UK, delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Property Management Executive to join our Dhaka-based team and oversee our UK property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage tenant communications, lease agreements, renewals, and terminations in compliance with UK laws.
Oversee rent collection, arrears management, and financial reporting.
Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and compliance inspections.
Ensure compliance with UK property regulations (Gas Safety, EICR, EPC, etc).
Liaise with UK-based property managers, contractors, and solicitors.
Maintain accurate records and prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.
