Job Context:
∎ GREEHO.com is a technology-based start-up that provides Property Management services via cloud technology and on the field work.
∎ As part of our expansion, we are looking for committed people from relevant industries who wish to launch their career in eCommerce/technology industry. We get our hands dirty. Therefore, this role is NOT for the faint-hearted.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Min 2 to 3 years in direct sales, corporate sales, channel sales etc
∎ (Pref. - Experience in Real Estate, Retail, Financial Services, Banking, Consumer FMCG, Hardware Construction Material will be a plus)
∎ Good knowledge of prospecting, lead management, sales process day to day reporting.
∎ Quick learner ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ Basic mathematical skills and ability to handle money, cheques and understanding of at least some finance related terminology.
∎ Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills (written and spoken) of English and Bangla.
∎ Aggressive, customer-centric approach, relationship oriented, high energy levels to sustain sales and marketing programs.
∎ Willingness to convert lead in to Sale to achieve weekly as well as monthly target.
∎ Decent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power point as a minimum).
Salary:
∎ Based on experience.
