∎ Having recently raised an undisclosed amount of Funding, GREEHO.com is now set to capture the Real Estate Property Management Industry of Bangladesh.
∎ As part of our commitment towards Bangladesh Landlords and Tenants, GREEHO.com is scaling up its operations and we are looking for HONEST people who are able to guide the market with sincerity and commitment.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Junior/Sales Executive, your job will NOT be limited to:
∎ Solicit potential clients to buy, sell and rent properties in Dhaka.
∎ Advise clients on prices, Home Loands and related information.
∎ Compare properties to determine a competitive market price.
∎ Generate lists of properties for sale, including details such as location and features.
∎ Promote properties though advertisements, open houses and listing services.
∎ Advise on property management services and close deals.
∎ Take prospective buyers or renters for property Viewings.
∎ You will learn from the leaders of #proptech in Bangladesh and be able to build yourself as a respectable Junior/Sales Executive over time. We will help you get there - but you must equally be ready to get your hands (and feet) dirty.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Min 2 to 3 years in direct sales, corporate sales, channel sales etc
∎ (Pref. - Experience in Real Estate, Retail, Financial Services, Banking, Consumer FMCG, Hardware Construction Material will be a plus)
∎ Good knowledge of prospecting, lead management, sales process day to day reporting.
∎ Quick learner ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ Basic mathematical skills and ability to handle money, cheques and understanding of at least some finance related terminology.
∎ Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills (written and spoken) of English and Bangla.
∎ Aggressive, customer-centric approach, relationship oriented, high energy levels to sustain sales and marketing programs.
∎ Willingness to convert lead in to Sale to achieve weekly as well as monthly target.
∎ Decent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power point as a minimum).

∎ Based on experience.
