Job Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate new leads through research and outreach.
Engage with prospective and current customers via phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
Achieve monthly sales targets while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Gather and analyze market data to create comprehensive sales reports.
Utilize specific software programs to effectively manage the sales process.
Develop and maintain a CRM database and establish connections within professional networks.
Explore new markets and sales opportunities to expand the client base.
Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Prepare and present periodic reports and updates to relevant stakeholders.
