Land Project Coordination.
Responsibilities & Context:
Administrative support to the client during their project visit.
Handle customer quarries and conflicts as and when needed.
To ensure proper safety and security of the men, materials, and documents of the respective project.
To ensure proper and timely coordination with the Head Office to expedite relevant issues.
Preparing the duty schedule of all security personnel and monitoring work as per schedule.
Arranging and conducting various security-related trainings to improve the performance of Security Guards.
To detect and prevent crime on project premises.
To conduct preliminary investigation and timely report to the authority regarding any desirable or undesirable incident.
Maintain good relations with emergency services, police, ambulance and fire services.
Always be prepared to deal with any emergency.
Investigating and reporting security breaches, adverse events and other alarming behavior.
To engage in any work as assigned by senior management.
