Additional Requirements:
- He/ She should have at least B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering with at least 15 years work experience in Project Management & Construction Supervision work of High rise building (minimum 10 storied) structures.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work follows approved drawings/specs.
- Monitor progress, quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
- Inspect materials and workmanship; ensure compliance with standards.
- Coordinate between contractors, consultants, and design teams.
- Maintain site logs, reports, and photo documentation.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress and inspection reports.
- Check quantities and verify contractor bills.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) rules.
- Conduct QA/QC checks and follow up on corrective actions.
- Support testing, commissioning, and project handover.
