Education:
∎ Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Program and research experience on CCA/DRR projects.
∎ Minimum five years of experience in the development sector, including climate change, livelihood, and water sanitation.
∎ Minimum three years of experience in DRR/Climate change related projects/programs.
∎ Experience and skills in advocacy and working with Local Government Institutions.
∎ Experience in working under minimal supervision and have an impact on input on program indicators.
∎ Experience in organizing, coordinating, writing reports, and team management skills.
∎ Performed at least two assignments of leading teams in the area of Water /Sanitation/ Livelihood or similar.
∎ Experiences in working with the UN Organizations/ Governments/ International or National NGOs.
∎ Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality, and age sensitivity and adaptability.
∎ Good in communication and writing both in Bangla and English.
∎ Responsive and good personnel skill.
∎ Pro-active and gender sensitive.
∎ Good in operating MS Office, internet, etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Will be responsible for setting the operational plan for the Project activities and budget management to deliver the project on time with high quality outputs and impact.
∎ Managing relationships with the community and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the project and meet the goals and objectives. Providing direction, review plans, and facilitation materials for the ward facilitators.

Employment Status: Contractual
