Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters Degree preferably in Statistics, Sociology, Anthropology, Development studies, Economics, Public Health or any other relevant subject from a reputed University.
∎ Experience in working on project monitoring and evaluation process at National or international NGOs will be an added advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication skills MS Word Excel PowerPoint, SPSS

Job Context:
∎ RHSTEP is the pioneer non-government organization in the arena of safe MR services and training for more than three decades in Bangladesh. RHSTEP has continuing its activities in 20 districts of Bangladesh. Every year approximately 6,50,000 women, men including youth adolescents and children receive health care services, education and awareness support through its 27 centers.
∎ Project Officer (PMEL) for Right Here Right Now-2 (RHRN2) project of RHSTEP Central Office.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ RHSTEP is looking for Qualified Personnel for its RHRN2 project with following requirements:
∎ Regular monthly field visit in implementation area to check the quality services and program, and to identify where adaptations might be needed.
∎ Preparing both quantitative and qualitative reports on the project activities. Prepare report half-yearly and annually for the management including identification of problems, causes of potential bottlenecks in implementation, and providing specific recommendations.
∎ Research designing and developing research tools for operational research and survey for the evaluation process
∎ Developing monitoring tools and follow up visits with data collection to maintain database and documentation on progress of project
∎ Project proposal development and annual report writing
∎ Preparing qualitative and quantitative report
∎ Maintaining data base and documentation on project activities
∎ Check the quality of data produced, and to identify where adaptations might be needed; monitor the follow up of evaluation recommendations.
∎ Provide training on monitoring and evaluation for Youth Organizers and relevant staff to keep the quality of activities according to program plan.
∎ Consolidates a culture of learning involving all project's staff.
∎ Document 'lessons learned' from the project implementation through using different tools and present in the periodic reports to different authorities.
∎ Carry out other duties as assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Having interest in work for youth in a youth friendly manner with utmost privacy & confidentiality
∎ Excellent facilitation, presentation skills in English & Bangla.
∎ Strong analytical and report writing skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Highly Skilled in office suite (word, excel, power point, SPSS, STATA etc.)
Salary:
∎ Tk. 35,000 (Consolidated)
