Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science / Diploma in Agriculture / Nutrition or Health
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordination with multi-sectoral stakeholders working in nutrition platform and all field activities at agriculture value chain for farmers with the help of farmer's hub owners;
∎ Plan the program implementation timeline under the guidance of Project Coordinator
∎ Ensure all project activities and interventions are conducted and adopted maintaining the deadline and technical integrity;
∎ Communicate with LG's authority to ensure relevant assistance for implementation of planned activities;
∎ Maintain a good collaboration and coordination with LG's different GO-NGOs, private sector and other stakeholders;
∎ Organize meetings, workshops, training, day observations at different level events;
∎ Establishing and well-functioning of a farmers' hub and linking projects farmers with markets and suitable agri-credit at unit level;
∎ Ensure necessary reports and documents to Project Coordinator.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 02 years experience in relevant field;
∎ Understanding and skills in implementing agriculture value chains Skills in managing a team and ensure the quality implementation of project activities following the guidance;
∎ Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel and Power Point);
∎ Good interpersonal communication skill and command over English and Bangla-both spoken and written;
∎ Having a valid driving license must be willing to do extensive field visits by motorcycle in rural areas;
∎ Age may be relaxed for deserving candidates;
∎ Qualified female candidate will get preference.
Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
