Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s in Social Science / Anthropology / Political Science / Development Studies and others relevant subject with good academic background.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Development Agency

Job Context:
∎ Lifesaving and transitional WASH Support to Refugees and the host communities in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh.
∎ The duration of the contract will be until December 31, 2021.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in planning and implementation of the project activities.
∎ Assist to prepare the activity and project reports.
∎ Coordinate implementation of the WASH activities as per the work plan and guidance by the Project Management.
∎ Visit project intervention areas, selection of beneficiaries, and identification of committed players.
∎ Regular monitor the WASH activities at field level.
∎ Assist to prepare monitoring tools according to the project indicators.
∎ Monitor and follow up the volunteers’ activitiesand guidance the volunteers for smooth implementation of the project.
∎ Maintain effective liaison/interaction with relevant local government institutions, CiCs, national and international agencies, NGOs, local stakeholders, and other relevant implementing partners of the project.
∎ Develop ideas to minimize the emerged crisis as per the field contexts.
∎ Provide inputs and services as may be required by the PC together with the Central Management of the Project with the objective of achieving high level of performance and results.
∎ Perform other relevant duties as required for the project as well as the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years working in Humanitarian Response.
∎ Working experience in the sector of WASH, Public Health, Disaster Management or Humanitarian Assistances and relevant experience.
∎ Ability to speak English and Cox’s Bazar local language (written/verbal)
∎ Team management, Ability to analyses and synthesize, Ability to work under limited supervision, Dynamism, Good report writing ability and Computer skills.

Salary: Tk. 60000 (Monthly)
