Additional Requirements:
∎ Maximum 45 years (Flexible for experienced candidates)
∎ Candidates should have a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in the food security project .
∎ The applicant should have good computer knowledge, especially in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, and excellent spoken and written English language skills are essential, as well as the ability to produce quality reports.
∎ A valid motorcycle driving license is required.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise project staff
∎ Linkage with different stakeholders.
∎ Write qualitative, quantitative reports and collect case studies and submit to the concern (LAMB & MCC assigned personnel).
∎ Monitoring the budget and ensure the maximum utilization of the allocated budget.
∎ Represent at regional level of GO & NGO.
∎ Maintain a good relationship with Upazilla level government officials.
∎ Arrange meetings, training, workshops, seminars as per project requirements.
∎ Participate different training, workshops & seminars.
∎ Maintain proper process of documentation.
∎ Prepare financial reports quarterly, Six monthly & annually.
∎ Ensure day to day observation, monitoring and follow up of all project activities according to annual plan.
∎ Frequent field visit and provide necessary technical assistance to the project staff’s & project participants.
∎ Arrange visits for MCC and other Govt. officials as per requirements.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the management related to the project.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Around Tk. 45,000 per month gross. Other benefits include provident fund, festival allowance once per year, and critical illness and death benefit.
