Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in Public Health / Environmental Science / Social Science / Nutrition Science or any other relevant disciplines from recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
NGO, Development Agency
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct training and orientation on hygiene promotion issues for the project staffs and volunteers
∎ Extensively support to FF, CM and Volunteers in delivery of effective community awareness programs.
∎ To lead good hygiene practices and community engagement, through improving knowledge and changing the attitudes.
∎ Skill development of the CM and volunteers to conduct Hygiene Promotion sessions effectively for the target communities.
∎ Capacity development, decision making abilities and functioning the CBOs and WASH committees at community level.
∎ To develop and ensure longer term sanitation and hygiene promotion activities and support to development and adaptation of different methodologies.
∎ Develop monthly, quarterly and annual work plans and budgets for Hygiene Promotion and Community Engagement.
∎ Coordinate hygiene education and sanitation promotion activities using CATS approaches.
∎ Assist the team in overall planning, budgeting, implementation and monitoring of the project.
∎ Establish and maintain relationships with DPHE, LGIs, Education institutes & Health.
∎ Perform any other relevant duties as required for the project as well as the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in the sector of WASH and Humanitarian Response.
∎ Ability to speak in Bangla, English and Cox’s Bazar local language (written/verbal)
∎ Ability to work under limited supervision - Dynamism
Salary: Tk. 65000 (Monthly)
